- Patch is released. The Universal patch for Chessmaster 9000 is out and released. Click Here to load the support page. The patch fixes a crash on MacBooks and also makes the game fully native on Intel and PPC. This new patch supports both 10.4 and 10.5.
- CM 9000 DOES work on OS Mountain Lion. Download the 1.1.3 update from the Feral site. I simply copied the contents of the DVD to my Mac running Mountain Lion and run the game from the file I downloaded from the Feral site.
- Download the PC emulator, there are versions for PC, Android, iOS and Mac. Install the PC emulator compatible with your device. Download the PC ROM of the game Chessmaster 9000 from the download section. Finally, open the PC emulator, it will ask you for the game file. Just select the ROM you just downloaded. Enjoy your favorite old retro game!
